Is Neurofeedback like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

No, definitely not.  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is nontraditional form of psychotherapy originally developed to reprocess memories and treat the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, phobias, depression, eating disorders, schizophrenia, sexual dysfunction, and stress caused by chronic disease.

Neurofeedback is a very different modality using very specific and advanced technology, as an EEG measures brain activity and provides real time monitoring of brain signaling patterns to correct neuronal miscommunications.
