Neurofeedback Brain Training allows your brain and central nervous system to release old habits and re-train itself in a healthier form. It’s like going to the gym for your brain – so it takes time and commitment on your part. On average clients complete a Program of 10-15 sessions, however clients can experience a noticeable change even from their very 1st session.
- We measure your progress
Before you start you Brain Training Program with us, you will be asked to complete clinically supported psychological and emotional well-being assessments to gauge your individual starting point. Your intake assessments are tested and retested at the start and end of your rental program to monitor overall progress.
Our Health Practitioners have a special interest in presentations such as Anxiety, Anger, Insomnia, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism – Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Depression and Stress, in addition to working across the spectrum of mental health challenges. Neurofeedback utilises real-time displays of brain activity using electroencephalography (EEG) to teach self-regulation of brain function.
It detects inconsistency and abrupt changes in electrical activity of your brain that undermine optimal functioning and informs the brain of these sudden shifts through interruptions in the sound you are listening to. This refocuses your brain’s attention to the present moment and allows your brain activity to naturally self-correct.

Initial Consult - Assessment
This appointment includes:
- Individual Assessment for at-home program.
- Discuss your needs with a Certified Neurofeedback Brain Trainer
- Learn if non-linear Neurofeedback Brain Training is the right modality to help you achieve your goals.
- Conducted by phone, limited to 50 minutes and there is a charge applicable for the provision of this service which is $150
- Your Practitioner will call you at your appointment time.
- We can then send through a Rental Agreement to secure your Rental period to get started.
Home Rental System
This appointment includes:
•The most economically viable way to access Neurofeedback
•Access a Neurofeedback home system which is the same technology, just DIY without a Practitioner
•Use in the comfort of your own home at your own pace.
•Maximise your brain training on a shorter amount of time on a tighter budget.
•Limited number of Neurofeedback brain training rental systems available
•Access UNLIMITED sessions during your rental period, meaning the whole family can train on it during your rental period
•$300 per week with a minimum rental of 4 weeks
•We accept NDIS to cover part of, if not all of the cost of your Brain Training Programs including the home rental systems.
