Over the years we have supported 1000s of clients at Brain Training Australia. We have noticied that the one thing our clients have in common is the challenge to get a good nights sleep.
Sleep is a fundamental element of good mental and physical health but the terminology around sleep can make it hard to understand the science of sleep and how to sleep better.
This comprehensive book presents the neuroscience behind how sleep and dreaming help us learn, memory recall, consolidate experiences, regulate moods and emotions, solve problem-solving puzzles, consolidate knowledge in long term memories, and so much more. If you are ready to educate and empower your way to good night’s sleep, then this is the book for you.
